Jimmy My Pal (named after the ranch’s original owner’s dog) is made of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling. According to the winery rep, blending expresses the winemaker’s artistic ability. It’s a higher acid than you would expect from a Pinot Gris. The history of See Ya Later ranch dates back to pre-WW1. They have beautiful grounds and sponsored out opening night event. Lovely wine!
